Waitlist Process, Puppy Selection & Pricing

For planned litters, we maintain an interest list based off of general details, size, timing, etc received in their puppy application. When a breeding takes place, those on our interest list will be contacted with basic litter information, expected go home dates, etc. We will schedule a phone call to discuss details with those interested in moving forward. When the litter arrives, approved families will receive an email with all information and a reservation agreement.  Response is required within 72 hours to reserve a spot in that litter. 

For the first 7 weeks of life, clients can watch the puppies in their selected litter grow & develop via our Facebook page, their litter's private photo album, & weekly emailed updates.  At 7-7.5 weeks old, temperament testing will be completed on all puppies. Those evaluations are recorded and provided to clients via our private YouTube channel. The breeder will discuss final puppy placements after temperament evaluations have taken place. Puppy pickup will occur at the Safe Exchange Zone of Ott Cribbs Public Safety Building in Arlington. 

Puppies are placed on limited AKC registration (spay/neuter contract) for $2,500-$3,000 plus sales tax. Price varies per litter based on the pedigrees of the parents as well as the cost of expenses required to whelp that particular litter. This takes into consideration things such as artificial insemination, c-section, emergencies, etc.  All puppies within a litter are priced the same, regardless of sex or color.  Once a client is approved, a $500 reservation fee will hold a spot in the litter. The final balance is due at puppy pickup. 

Full AKC registration (breeding rights) is offered on a case-by-case basis and only on co-ownership to breeders who meet our requirements for titling, health testing, puppy curriculum, & temperament evaluations.
